We have roles available working in our call centre based in Par, Cornwall. Come and join our friendly team!

Remote working options also available

We offer the opportunity to work from home (subject to internet connections being satisfactory). Following a short training period at the call centre in Par, we provide you with a laptop, headset and all other essential equipment to be able to work from home.

Hours of work

Variety of Shifts Available

We are looking for full time and part time candidates to work between 20 - 40 hours per week, the shift options can be agreed at interview, but as a general overview our shifts are as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm
• Lunchtime/afternoon start (i.e. 1pm/2pm) through to 9pm
• Saturday or Sunday : 10am until 4pm / 5pm / 6pm

Working a weekend shift is essential.

We can be flexible with specific days; these discussions will take place following successful interviews.

Hourly Rates:

• 16 - 17 years: £5.31 per hour
• 18 - 20 years: £7.10 per hour
• 21 - 22 years: £8.36 per hour
• 23+: £8.91 per hour

Part-time / full time hours: 20 - 40 per week
