Clinical or Counselling Psychologist / Psychotherapist / Full or Part Time

Description:

Counselling or Clinical Psychologist who is either qualified or new qualified, and has relevant experience relating to children and young people who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect is required to join an Assessment and Therapy Services Team in Weymouth, Dorset.

This can be a full-time or part-time role covering Weymouth, where you will travel to the required location and carry out psychology / psychotherapy assessments on children and young people.

The organisation will consider experienced practitioners with the relevant HCPC registration or newly qualified practitioners with HCPC pending.

SALARY: £32,000 - £38,000 pro rata for Newly Qualified / £39,000 - £49,000 for Experienced with the chance to develop into a senior principal role

JOB OVERVIEW

The organisation is looking for dedicated and supportive Counselling or Clinical Psychologist practitioners to join their growing multidisciplinary team delivering Attachment and Trauma Informed Care.

They have developed a model called Attachment & Trauma Informed Care which is embraced across their residential and education environments.

Due to the expansion of the Assessment & Therapy Services they have exciting roles. As a Counselling or Clinical Psychologist, you will provide support to the organisations integrated services (Fostering, Residential and Education) with opportunities for your own growth and personal development working with this range of professionals from these areas.

Whether you have Counselling or Clinical Psychologist experience (clinical & counselling placements during doctorate), relating to working with children and young people who have experienced trauma and maltreatment as well as relevant registration (HCPC), OR your HCPC is pending, then they would like to hear from you.
