Communications Assistant - Part time

Signature Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join our client, one of London\'s top Universities, as a Communications Projects Assistant! This role is part time at 21 hours a week, temporary, and has the option to work remotely.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with content writing, be tech savvy and able to pick new systems up quickly, and will be able to be proactive and complete tasks in a timely manner. If this sounds like it fits your experience, then please read on!

Communications Projects Assistant Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with updating the communications across all platforms throughout the month of October
  • Ensuring that all website content is updated
  • Updating Partner email addresses and other contact details on the website
  • Creating new pages when necessary ensuring to follow University guidelines
  • Manging the inbox and responding to student enquiries as required
  • Carrying out market research of competitors when required tasks
  • Writing content for Department platforms as and when needed

Communications Projects Assistant Skills & Experience:

  • Good with systems
  • WordPress or CMS experience
  • Experience updating webpages
  • Content writing
  • Google forms/google sheets
