Location: Remote role with occasional travel to the West or Central London offices

Salary: Up to £35,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am-5.30pm

About the role of CRM Executive

Our client is an established and rapidly expanding specialist mortgage lender who now have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to report to the CRM and Database Marketing Manager. This is a newly created position within the organisation and the successful candidate will support the CRM and Database marketing manager with the delivery of the CRM strategy for the full business, taking into consideration the Business to business and Business to Consumer audiences to support commercial and brand objectives. You will be responsible for technical implementation and ongoing configuration of the CRM tech stack, campaigns and reporting and will play a pivotal role in driving forward the use of the CRM across the business.

Responsibilities for the role of CRM Executive

  • CRM and Salesforce Development - assessing business needs and making recommendations on appropriate configurations, working with cross functional teams to deliver enhancements to the Salesforce CRM stack
  • Data Management, Analytics and Reporting - Build a deep understanding of our client's data pools, supporting the development of an ongoing programme of data enhancement tactics through 3rd parties and open-source data. Support the analysis, data governance, campaign selection and reporting required to drives successful campaigns. Produce campaign reports that provide actionable insights to enhance the performance of marketing activity. Support the development and build of attribution models for sales and marketing activities
  • Email Marketing automation and Marketing Campaigns - Work with the CRM/Database marketing manager to configure and setup data driven, multi-channel lifecycle and behavioural triggered campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Support the marketing team with technical requirements related to CRM and effective multichannel campaign management including email, SMS, social media, PPC, display, re-targeting and affiliate campaigns
  • Compliance - Ensure all CRM activity adhered to our clients' policies and processes and are within the risk appetite. Ensure all activity is compliant with financial promotions regulations. Ensure a robust audit is kept of all CRM activity
  • Other - Act as the salesforce account administrator, undertaking all admin roles including implementing role-based permissions and user configuration. Act as the go to salesforce expert for colleagues across the business. Support the wider marketing team with activity related to the delivery of the marketing strategy as required.

Experience required for the role of CRM Executive

  • Experience of working across salesforce platform including technical configuration experience is essential
  • Experience of working on successful data driven multichannel marketing campaigns and marketing automation programmes
