Customer Service Advisor - Work from home

Looking for a job that allows you the convenience of working from home? We're recruiting Customer Service Advisors across the UK on behalf of an established company to work on a brand-new project for a globally recognised brand.

Note: To apply for this role, you will need a PC running Windows 10 or above with 2 spare USB ports. You must also have a dual core processor, 10 GB of disc space and an ethernet port. Unfortunately, Apple devices and Chromebooks will not be suitable.

This exciting opportunity offers an immediate start date and has a simple, one-stage, virtual interview process.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Taking inbound customer phone calls and answering customer queries
  • Providing excellent customer service, offering a one-call resolution where possible
  • Processing customer orders or refunds as necessary
  • Keeping accurate notes and records on the internal system
  • To be self-motivated, whilst ensuring you always work as part of the wider team
  • To be comfortable in handling complaints, when sometimes dealing with more difficult queries

Skillset required for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • No previous contact centre or call centre experience is required for this role
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or healthcare environments would be ideal
  • A positive mindset and a proactive attitude towards work
  • Hardworking and committed to providing the best service
