Adecco Newbury are currently recruiting for a well respected company in the Newbury area. Our client is looking for someone to join their Customer Service team on a part time basis for initially a 6 month period.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 3.5 hours per day.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Managing sales orders including tracking, stock review, specific customer requirements.
To offer our customers a first-class service
Presale stock demand movements
Coordinating external logistics
Quotation cross checks
Processing invoices, if needed
Managing On Time In Full KPIs where possible ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
To meet Service Levels / KPIs
Pro-actively seek methods of improving the services provided by the department i.e. assessing inventory levels and providing literature.
The department supports the sales and where necessary, the marketing teams, in their endeavours to achieve the company sales targets.
Supporting Finance in checking open accounts and invoices
To support the wider customer service team as a whole when and if requiredThe ideal candidate:

Team Player
You will need to be flexible in terms of supporting the team with high workload
Be able to work towards and successfully hit your KPI\'s put in place by your Manager.
Ideally you will have previous Customer Service experience
Proven communication skills
