We are representing an innovative 100% renewable energy business based in Bath, and are looking to recruit on a permanent basis several new members to their digital customer service team, who will act as live agents dealing with all types of online customer query from answering questions about green energy sources to dealing with customer complaints.

Who are we looking for?

If you are a great communicator, happy working in a digital environment, capable of multi-tasking and committed to customer service, our client wants to speak to you. If you can work confidently, taking ownership of everything from queries to complaints then this role is for you. You don’t need previous industry experience, but to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in and awareness of the world of sustainable, renewable energy.

Who’s hiring?

Resource Harbour are representing a growing company who truly believe work should fit around your life, not the other way around. That’s why they offer fully flexible hours between 8am and 8pm, weekdays and weekends. Ideally they’d like you to work at least 20 hours a week, but they’re flexible. Where’s the job?

The offices are close to the station in the beautiful centre of Georgian Bath. Part time hours welcome. Some remote working possible but you will need to be in the office at least 50% of the time. You would also benefit from being in the office the majority of the time during the first six months. The offices have a great vibe so it’s a refreshing place to work!

 

When would I start?

Role to start as soon as possible.
