Facilities Helpdesk Advisor - Part Time

We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Helpdesk Advisor to join our Trafford based client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual to join an industry leader in the making, which offers unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

The role will work directly with tenants on behalf of the client and managing agents

Queries will be cover all aspects of property maintenance, cleaning, facilities and security.

Managing incoming calls, emails and admin relating to reactive maintenance requirements
Assign, resolve and escalate complaints and queries as necessary
Coordination of Engineers and Contractors in line with service level agreements
Reacting to emergencies raised by the client and overseeing engineer\'s attendance
Working within a team to reach targets
Take ownership of workload and administration duties including updating of CAFM System, Log books, PPM\'s and Certification
Monitor CCTV points and regularly log checks and any incidents as appropriatePlease note this is a part time role that would include weekend, evenings and night shifts (approx. 18 - 24 hours per week)
