Description

Our client based in Winnersh is recruiting for a French speaking customer service associate to join their team.

The role is initially temporary for 6 months and they require someone to work Monday to Friday 9-1pm.

The ideal candidate will be available from January.

The Role

* To take responsibility for being the first point of contact for all consumers via phone and email, and ensuring a high quality of service is delivered at all times.
* To have a full understanding of all our products to ensure correct and knowledgeable responses are given to the consumer.
* Ensure all incoming complaints are created as cases
* Ensure all complaints follow best practice and batch testing of products is requested when necessary. Work closely with the lab team to ensure prompt and accurate report is given to the consumer.
* To provide support and assistance to colleagues within the team through training, coaching and adopting good team ethics.

The Person

* Excellent people and organizational skills
* Fluent in both French and English
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
* Energetic, friendly, motivating personality a must
* Calmness under pressure
* Decision making ability
* Responsible attitude
* Ability to prioritise work;
* Provide advanced or technical customer service;
* Resolve escalated customer problems and concerns;
* Build customer relationships;
* PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applications as required
