This is a site based role 3 or 4 days per week.

Description
- Reporting into a Director you swill be responsible for:
- All aspects of HR across the business including:
- HR processes, procedures & employee handbook
- Employee Relations - coach, guide managers
- Upskilling managers in order to drive effective management of people across the business
- Recruitment from advert, selection process, interviewing and onboarding
- Working with senior leadership team in line with business objectives through people
Profile
- Have previously worked in a HR Advisor/HR Manager level role
- Have worked in an SME business ideally manufacturing and stand alone
- Have the ability to be responsible for managing and driving the HR function
- Stakeholder Management
- Have previously coached, guiding and upskilled managers on people management
- Employee Relations
