£12.50 - £15.00 per hour

This a super opportunity for a 6-month temporary contract on a part-time basis (22-hours per week) working for a consortium of GP practices based across the Solihull area.

You will be working with a friendly team in well-located offices. Your role will varied, busy and interesting ranging from -

- dealing with all things recruitment, selection and leavers
- co-ordinating payroll updates
- ensuring compliance
- dealing with employee relation matters
- leading on exit interviews and action plans - and much more!

No doubt you'll be an experienced HR professional seeking a part-time role and be available to commit to a 6-month temporary contract.

Ideally you'll have gained this knowledge and experience from working in the NHS or education or similar.

We're seeking someone who has -

- an understanding HR data analytics
- experience of minute taking and file coordination for investigations for grievances and disciplinary matters
- ability to guide peers and colleagues on appropriate use of policy and procedure

If you've achieved CIPD Level 5 this will be a distinct advantage.
