Property Manager - Canterbury - Part home based - up to £35k

My client is a small, independent managing agent based in Canterbury specialising in the management of small to medium sized RTM/RMC blocks/estates locally.

With strong, longstanding ties to Canterbury and the closely surrounding communities, my client has retained its block portfolio long term through excellent property management services, a commitment to best value and the use of local independent contractors known to the residents for whom work is being undertaken.

As a result of block portfolio growth (word of mouth recommendations via existing clients) they now require an additional Property Manager as follows:

  • 1-3 years block management experience undertaking the full range of duties autonomously (budgets, major works etc.)
  • A strong service mentality, perhaps coming from customer service or hospitality prior to entering property
  • Resident in or close to Canterbury with a preference for independent, quality bespoke property management services
  • A stable career history with ambitions to commit and develop long term to one company
  • Familiar with RMC/RTM sites and proving directors/residents on such sites with the service expected

In addition to flexible/part home working, suitable Property Manager applicants can expect a basic salary up to £35k to start with investment in training and career progression long term.
