We are currently recruiting for our client located in Redditch and have the following role available:

Line Operatives

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Part Time Saturdays and Sundays (0800 - hours)

Part and full time positions Monday to Friday - part and full time (days) between 0700 and 1800

Salary: £9.50 per hour days

We are looking for a hands-on individuals to work in our chilled Warehouse, who enjoy a challenge, are able to use their own initiative, are able to work proactively on their own and as part of a bigger team.

Line Operative Responsibilities

* Follow instructions given from Line Leader/Supervisor to pick and pack relevant product into appropriate packaging in line with customer requirements.

* Ensure customer products are handled carefully and in line with training provided.

* Follow "clean as you go" policy ensuring housekeeping is kept to the required standard.

* Report any Health and Safety issues to Line Leader/Supervisor.

* Ensure personal compliance with PPE and personal & food hygiene standards.

* Support the B2C management team and your colleagues.

* Loading/unloading of vehicles if required and trained to do so.

Requirements for the Line Operative

* Awareness of Health and Safety.

* Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational needs

Desirable

* Proven track record working in a Warehouse

* Conversant with warehouse processes

* Experience in a chilled environment
