THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are working with a large and successful corporate client in Sheffield to add to their team with an Administrator on a part time basis, working 2 days per week.

THE JOB:

The job involves working as part of a team to support the business, a busy legal firm. Duties will include:

Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Filing hard copy documents and archiving
Making internal deliveries and collections around the building
Dealing with confidential waste
Ensuring that welcome and reception areas are kept tidy and presentable
Photocopying and printing documents THE PERSON:

To be successful in your application you will need to be able to demonstrate recent experience within an office environment, ideally handling important and confidential documents.

We\'re looking for someone with good communication skills and who is highly organised, able to handle multiple documents with meticulous attention to detail.
