Description:

• Part Time Opportunity 21 hours per week
• Five hours on a Monday - other days / hours flexible
• £12.00 per hour

We are searching for individuals with previous customer service experience to join a corporate and international company, working in the Financial Services industry - NO Financial Services experience required

Full Training Provided

• First point of contact for inbound queries from customers
• Handling up to 40 - 50 calls per day
• Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups
• Responding to Web Chat
• Responding to business emails
• Handling escalated calls on occasions

Experience:

• Confident, professional and clear telephone manner
• Self-motivated and driven
• A passion for customer service
• Enjoy working in a high-volume telephone position
