My client is a successful and dynamic company seeking an experienced Finance assistant/office manager.
This role is a part time 12 month Maternity cover to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders
Enter and process payment
Manage and process staff expenses
Managing stationary supplies
Set up direct debits
Credit control
Produce quotes
Set up new customers
Ensure the office is kept tidy
Answer the phones
Co-ordinate Parking
Order equipment for staff when required
Assist with any HR quires
Assist with sales and purchase ledger
The ideal candidate will need to have:
Advanced IT skills
Accounts experience
Organised and a good communicator
Be flexible
