Part Time Ledger Clerk

Our Huddersfield centre based client aids businesses by creating innovative products and technologies to streamline business processes. As a result of continued business growth over the last 12 months, they are looking to recruit a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Administrator, to strengthen their existing finance team.

This role is anticipated to take around 22 hours a week, which could be split over 3 or 4 days at the applicants discretion.

Our client operates on Sage 50 accounts software and working knowledge of the package would be a benefit.

Main duties of the role:

  • Inputting supplier invoices in GBP and foreign currency
  • Preparation of payment runs in GBP, EUR and USD
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Recording goods in
  • Cover the sales ledger in times of sickness and leave

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 Pro Rata + 25 days holiday
