The part time payroll manager will be a key figure for our client in their accountancy team based in Crawley.

Our client a well known company based in Crawley. Are looking to recruit a part time payroll manager to join their accountancy team on a permanent basis.
Description
The day to day duties for the part time payroll manager shall be:
Run monthly payroll reports for stakeholders including Finance and Line Managers and deal with any associated queries
Ensure that all Payrolls have been approved according to agreed authorisation matrix
Ensure HMRC Payment approval is processed and provide detail to HR and Finance
Ensure that all Pension plan contributions are checked for accuracy and reconciled.
Provide regular pension reports to the Reward and Pension team.
Run regular reports on benefits
Escalate any payment issues immediately
Ensure that Finance are aware of any manual (off cycle) paymentsProfile
The successful candidate shall:
Experience in managing a payroll
Experience of managing annual processes including p11d and p60 including dealing with employee queries
Be able to travel to Crawley for workJob Offer
Salary £30,000-£35,000 FTE
