Client Details

A leading business placed in the Burgess Hill area are seeking a temporary Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Description

As Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure that all supplier invoices are processed
  • Creating weekly payment runs for suppliers and staff expenses
  • Data entry into the firms accounting software
  • Purchase ledger reports
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Processing of expenses
  • Any ad hoc finance requirements

Profile

The ideal candidate is available to start quickly with strong previous knowledge of purchase ledger processing. The role is part time, ideally 25 hours per week over 5 days but there is flexibility to alter this over 4 days.

Job Offer

On going assignment £11-13 per hour
