Aged 23 and above: £9.50 per hour plus personal sales commission

Aged 22 and below: £9.18 per hour plus personal sales commission

Working in retail as a Topps Tiles Sales Assistant really is unlike any other retail job. As a valued member in a small team, you ll help our customers visualise their projects, helping them to find just what they re looking for to make their tiling project happen.

A sales assistant at Topps is more than just sitting at a till. As one of our service specialists you ll gain valuable sales skills, supporting our customers whilst driving revenue for the store.

And, unlike other retail assistant jobs, you won t need to work late evenings, and you ll get 3 days off over Christmas.

That s not to mention the commission you ll earn on each sale you help make happen in store.

• You ll build long standing relationships with our regular trade customers,
• Use your creativity to inspire customers, helping them to pick the right design and style choices.
