Sales Advisor (Part time)

Description:

Our client operates in the professional services sector and due to continued growth within their business is now looking to recruit an additional Sales Advisor to join their team on a part time basis.
Based in Sutton in Ashfield, your working hours will be 4 days a week with the expectation that you\'d be happy to work 2-3 Saturday mornings a month which will be paid as 1.5x overtime.
This role would suit someone who enjoys face to face interaction with customers as well as administration!
Responsibilities of the role will include:-
* Handling queries regarding different products and services
* Providing customers with a high level of service
* Accurately promoting different products and services that the customers may be interested in
* Processing payments and alterations onto customers accounts
To be considered for this role you will need to have:-
* GCSE\'s including Maths and English
* An excellent telephone manner
* Previous customer service experience (either within an office environment or retail)
* Good IT skills
* Strong attention to detail
