Private Client Fee Earner or ILEX required for coastal Kent practice. You will be joining a team of Probate lawyers/support staff meeting clients, dealing with the drafting of Wills, LPAs and assisting with Probate & Estate matters. A basic knowledge of IHT & CGT and an understanding of trusts is also required. Great opportunity to join this friendly established practice, part-time working also considered.
