I am currently a HR Advisor/Administrator looking for a new opportunity. I thoroughly enjoy my current role as I thrive in a fast paced environment where there is a lot of variation from day to day. I work well under pressure, I can take a pragmatic approach to change, able to prioritise my work whether it is on my own initiative or as part of a team, having a cohesive and encouraging approach to team working. I am reliable, flexible and extremely self motivated and will always contribute to ensure I provide a high level of customer service, while ensuring I always meet my deadlines. I have good planning and time management skills, conscientious and possess excellent communication skills at all levels, as well as being extremely organised with a keen eye for detail. I have the ability to take control of situations, bringing resources together and ensure they are efficiently deployed. Due to my circumstances I am now seeking a new work and home life balance by pursuing a part-time role closer to home.
