I have vast experience in Customer Services within the disciplines of finance, sales and digital marketing as well as the creative industry. I take personal responsibility for my own actions and have gained supervisory experience in various roles and I am competent in managing my own performance. I have excellent planning and time management skills and I have the ability to prioritize tasks.
I also have an excellent track record in achieving my targets in all my positions which has not only brought me more confidence in myself but more confidence towards me from the company I work for.
I have high levels of resilience and I am able to remain calm and act positively when under pressure. I can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, whilst focusing on the customer or objective, in order to provide a high quality of service that is tailored to individual requirements. I also have a lot of experience in multitasking such as 4 jobs at once & looking after an average client base of 30 plus per month.
