I have over 20 years in an Administrative/PA role and more recently in Retail and the Hospitality industries. My communication skills range from customer care in Retail and the Catering and Hospitality industries to administrative roles in Finance and the Property industries. I am effective in providing good team work and customer service experience by communicating colleague concerns, Health & Safety reports and general maintenance issues to management.

My achievements are seen in seeing changes in the workplace by making colleagues see that the company acts on matters concerning colleagues and how we work. I work well with colleagues and customers from different backgrounds and who have differing ideas. My hobbies and interests in community projects in dealing with people and in presenting my own community radio show I have successfully managed my own work and in using my written skills to achieve an audience globally, as I also am part of a community choir and a local guides group.
I use a combination of interpersonal skills, communication and written communication to help make progress with ways of working in a company and in community projects.
